Each of our companies receives an Account Manager who is a specialist in either your field or in the skills that you require and works to the strict following guidelines:
Will only send three CV's per vacancy so as not to swamp you with CV's.
Each candidate sent will be interviewed (either in person or over the phone) and will have seen a jobspec, your website and will have given their approval that they are happy with the salary, the location and the role.
Each and everyone of your vacancies will be advertised on one of our specialist partner Internet Jobboards.
Apart from the above, we select our candidates as much for their attitude as their skill set. We like our applicants to be positive, keen, genuine, reliable and most of all honest. By only working with such candidates, we have a very good ratio of offers made to interviews and Interview requests from CV's sent.
We also charge low percentages for each of our placements, our system of Account Management is based on repetition of business and so we work on a policy of a lot on a little as opposed to one big expensive placement and no more contact. In support of our policy of Account Management we also have a generous guarantee period in place, so if someone should leave for whatever reason, you will get a full refund within the first three months.
